Therapedia, LLC is excited to welcome a new team member to our Justin pediatric therapy clinic!

We’re looking for a kind, organized, and dependable Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is a great mix of supporting our families at the front desk while also helping manage important billing and insurance responsibilities behind the scenes. You’ll be a welcoming face for our patients, help keep billing processes running smoothly, and provide support to our clinic and therapy team each day.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage patient accounts receivable, including monitoring outstanding balances, reviewing reports, and ensuring accurate account documentation.
Process and follow up on insurance payments, including resolving denied, delayed, underpaid, or inaccurate claims through documentation support, claim corrections, and resubmissions as needed.
Manage patient billing inquiries, outstanding balances, payment arrangements, and account communications.
Maintain accurate billing records while ensuring compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA requirements, and confidentiality standards.
Provide backup support for insurance authorization processes and assist with tracking therapy authorizations when needed.
Assist with front office operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
